Callaham Parchment White 1-ply T Model Pickguard.
Made on the original 5-hole pattern. Getting a good looking single ply guard was very difficult. All that was available was a very bright refrigerator white. We have had produced a parchment white material to solve this problem. It is best described as an off white with a yellow hue. It looks naturally old and gives any guitar a vintage look. It is an acrylic and will not warp like pvc. (.060" thick)
Upcharge fee for 8-hole pattern |

Callaham Polished Stainless Steel Control Plate. A traditional control plate but made from 416 stainless steel and polished to a mirror finish that looks like nickel. Upcharge fee for custom control plates, |
Note: Custom Control Plates can run anywhere from $20.00 to $60.00 depending on what you want to change from standard. We keep blank plates and plates with only the switch slot in stock. If you only want to move the pot holes, I strongly suggest you let us do it. When the switch slot is moved from standard, that gets expensive but we do it all the time. It is best if you supply a drawing with dimensions showing what you want. If I have to make the drawing, you will be charged an engineering fee. Just so you will know the majority of labor of the control plate is its polishing not the holes. Again moving the switch slot from standard for a single piece is expensive. I'll be glad to quote anything, just e-mail. |

Callaham 3 Slant Compensated Tele Saddles Available in Brass or Stainless Steel I was unhappy with the saddles I could purchase so we have been making them in-house. I have tried to eliminate all the problems with traditional saddles. They are angled for correct intonation, the screws are shorter to keep them from cutting your hands, and there is maximum room for the string to go across the saddle without coming in contact with the height adjustment screw hole. You can now get an even string spacing without interference. Our saddles are highly polished to eliminate any burrs or knicks. Includes allen wrench. Our stainless steel saddles are just like our brass saddles but in 416 stainless steel for those who want a brighter punchier sound. |
Callaham 3 Enhanced Vintage Compensated Tele Saddles |
The Enhanced Vintage saddles to me is our best design. It maintains the vintage look while eliminating the problem of the string moving on the saddle and altering string spacing. If you are using string benders, it is the saddle I would suggest and I would recommend the stainless steel saddle. Just like our original saddle it will give perfect intonation. All our saddles are hand polished and buffed to insure they are free of burrs that can cut strings. |

Height Adjustment Screws for Tele saddles.
We have a large stock of height adjustment screws in 5/16 and 3/8 length that can be bought individually. Fender guitars take the #6 screw. Some G&L guitars take the #4 screw. If you don't know whether you guitar takes the #4 or the #6 screw, measure your screw diameter so size can be determined. |

Callaham Vintage T Model Tele Bridge It includes:
Note: This bridge will do for a Tele what our strat bridge does for strats. It will increase sustain, volume, and eliminate unwanted feedback problems associated with the standard vintage Fender bridge. Most bridges are made from .045 - .050 inch thick 1010 steel that is soft and easy to form into the "tray shape". Those bridges have poor sustain and tend to cause feedback problems. Some use brass castings for their saddles. Our bridge is made from .075 inch thick 1018 specially treated steel. This gives the plate an 80% increase in rigidity and dramatically improves sustain, volume, and note separation. It eliminates unwanted feedback. There is a noticeable increase in bass response and a taming of harsh high end. The first 3/4 inch of the front lip is removed to allow for best right hand picking. Coupled with our machined compensated saddles makes this bridge the best available for any vintage styled Tele. Left-handed Vintage Tele Bridge come coupled with Left-handed compensated saddles from either brass or stainless steel. See our T Bridge Details page for more information. |

Callaham Tele Bridge Assembly for American Standard or American Series Guitars w/ It includes:
Note: This is a direct replacement for American Standard (American Series) guitars for those players wanting a vintage 3 saddle bridge sound. The bridge plate has a lower, cleaner profile than the stock plate allowing for better muting. The steel plate will dramatically increase sustain, volume, response time and string balance of an American Standard guitar compared to the stock brass plate. String holes have a full radius edge like the stock plate. The change is as significant as changing your pickups. Please remember that American Standard and Vintage plates are not interchangeable. |

Callaham Vintage Hardtail Bridge includes
Note on Hardtail bridges. If you are building a nontraditional tele style guitar with humbuckers or P90's, this is an excellent bridge to use. It is for a string thru body design and will require a set of string ferrules if you are doing a new construction. |
Callaham Stainless Steel String Ferrules. We make 2 different styles of string ferrules:
Note: The cutaway photo below shows three different set-ups for the ferrules: |
Starting at the left is a Traditional ferrule used by Fender in the 50's. It requires a 5/16 hole 5/16 deep with a 3/8 counterbore that is 1/16 deep. The next is a Callaham styled ferrule that requires a 3/8 hole 3/8 deep. (.375) Last is the general set-up that you will have with an aftermarket body. |
If you are building your own body from scratch, I strongly suggest the Callaham styled ferrules because of the easier installation with simple tooling and the wide base support. If you are restoring a vintage instrument or building from an aftermarket body, use our Traditional styled ferrules. Be sure to specify ferrule type if you are ordering a hardware kit. |

Callaham Early 50's Broadcaster Dome Heavy Knurled Knobs. I have hated the aftermarket knobs for Teles for years so we are making our own in-house. These are a heavy knurl patterned after early Broadcaster knobs. They are drilled for 1/4 solid shaft pots. (set of 2) |
Callaham Late 50's Flat Top Heavy Knurled Knobs. This knob is made after a 57 knob with the recessed flat top. They are drilled for 1/4 solid shaft pots. (set of 2) |
Callaham Stainless Steel Old Style Round String Tree with stainless steel screw. I again disliked the imported round string trees, so we make our own. I used a Broadcaster and "55" to make ours. Again they are made from stainless steel. They look great and have polished string slots to reduce friction. Phillips or slotted screw. (please specify) |
Callaham Stainless Steel Strap Buttons with 2 stainless steel screws. Made in-house. Phillips or slotted screws. (please specify) |

This is a great product; I just wish we made it. |
