In the past we have strictly done machine work for other guitar companies; Ernie Ball, Beard Guitars, Warren Guitars, ToneQuest Report to name a few. This work has been from custom prototypes, custom bridges to specialized tooling for production. What has set us apart is we are strictly dedicated to the string instrument industry.

We would prefer to have mechanical drawings but we can reverse engineer from samples. I will do my best to help you design your ideas and choose the best materials for the project. If the item needs plating, we send products to the plater every 2 weeks.

There is a minimum charge of $35.00 and a labor rate of $55.00 per hour plus material. Doing "one of a kind" parts can get expensive so modifying an existing product would be preferred.
